Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Again. I booted into Ironhax and it didn't work. Boot into menuhax, works first try.

Maybe it's because I have an old ass version of ironhax (the first build)

Okay, can anyone give a clear step-by-step explanation on how to do this so I don't screw up and brick my 3DS? Thanks if you do! ^^

1st. install homebrew if you haven't and then install menuhax from it.
2nd. install FBI from the OP and boot to it
3rd. if you succeed boot into it you will be able to install cia
4th. install whichever legit cia you want, if you failing just keep reboot it. (same as step 3rd)

It's worked fine on my n3DS (10.3, Ironhax) but never once on my o3DS (10.3, tried both Menuhax and Ironhax)

I have the same problem. The last time I actually got to the FBI menu after Done, but it just froze after loading.

Like 50% times FBI gave me glitch screen when load, but when there isn't error in load i can't install .cia because it gave me always an "Install failed!" error, i tried like 40 times...

(also excuse me for my english)

It could only brick of your 3ds turns off at one specific moment afaik

During the install yes. Theres a certain part which writes to the NAND.

remember, only legit cias work (those who were preinstalled with the console)

Yup!

You can install any the ones from any region, but if the region doesn't match the one on your FW you'll need to use HANS to run it.
