Homebrew I have some questions about the "eShop - old version downloader"

when old eshop just hangs at the shoping bag: this usually happens when you try starting it from browserhax. install menuhax and it should work.

as for downloading ironfall, first of all, if something didnt work, just try again from scratch. go into 3ds options, check your downloaded software and remove ironfall and any ironfall update and savestate that may or may not be installed on your system (just check every option for good measure).
i feel like this is mainly a problem for people who got ironfall in the past, after it was put back on the eshop.

then, use menuhax to get to homebrew, get into the old eshop app and start downloading ironfall in non-standby mode. if it loads, let it load.
should a connection error break off your download, use L+R+Down+B to exit old eshop, exit homebrew channel by pressing start and then a.
check your homescreen for the unfinished ironfall download, select that and when asked to continue the download with the Y button, do so.
just keep on continuing like that should the download break off again. sorry but you'll just have to bear with not being able to play for a while.

and then you should be able to finish downloading the 1.0 ironfall. when its done, dont update ironfall, ignore the update message.
start the game once until you see your empty save files, then exit with the home button. get back into homebrew and install ironhax, preferably on every save slot and there you go.

I got it to load and used the Download Later and I installed the Iron Hax installer for HB and it gave me the error "this remaster-version(0002) of IRONFALL is not compatable with IRONHAX" how can I fix this?

You cannot Download later, you have to Download now. Not sure what @SANNIC789 is talking about. Uninstall it under Settings -> Data management -> Software and install it again.

Also, if the download interrupts with an error do not just go back to the page and download it again -- delete the files generated for the game on your SD card as explained here in the second spoiler, go back to the eShop old version downloader and download the game again.

I can't get it to work. This is what I did:
* Delete The Legend of Zelda (VC)
* Make sure files are not on the SD Card
* Opened old version downloader eshop
* Downloaded it using "download now" button
* Opened the package
* But its the new version

I've got the latest System Version and starter pack. What did I do wrong?

Did you download it using the Download Now button that worked for me

I successfully downloaded 1.0 ironfall on my n3ds yesterday from oldeshop. Today following the same procedure on my o3ds the download errors out before it starts - interestingly on the download/purchase confirmation page of the store it says the game will take 0 blocks on the SD card.

Other demos download just fine. Could Nintendo have removed it?
