Hi guys,

I am experiencing a very strange problem. Today i tried installing a .cia version of Pokemon super mystery dungeon, but in 18% of install process, my 3ds freezed and i had to make an full reset . When restarted the system, I did not have more space on the SD, and the game does not display the home menu, either in system storage or in the devmenu. how do I retrieve this space?

I started the process with 2,5gb free (.cia already in sd) now i have 400mb free =(

FBI don't show the game. i think the installation reserved the space, but not finished, so it's fall in a dead end. any other solution? don't wanna reinstall everything, too much time/paciense =/

Do you have that folder in your SD card? If yes, you may have your answer there. Deleting it should do the trick.
Failing that, if that folder is not there, you can backup your SD card contents by selecting everything at the root and copying it to your computer, backup emunand with emunand tool, then format the SD card and copy the contents back over. Create a new emunand in GW Launcher and overwrite it with your emunand backup.

Not entirely sure what happened because the Pokémon SMD cia is about 1.8GB, so if it really only reserved space on the filesystem during the install and didn't free it up when it crashed, you would have been left with about 700MB of space, not 400MB... weird.

If there are literally no Pokémon SMD files on the SD card though, then you should be able to backup the contents of the SD card and see if formatting it does the trick.
