Homebrew any nes emulators I can run from the hbl that run full speed??

Fceumm3ds runs good but, it seems its down like 10 frames with tetris... is there any nes emulator that runs full speed???

Use quicknes. Here is a copy of the one that i use. This is assuming you are on a o3ds and not a n3ds since you did not say which one you are using.

For n3ds/xl you should try retroarch nestopia.

does it require an nes core? and can I use it with sound? does the ps1 emulator work without the cia

Can't speak for the ps1 emulator but as far as the nes one goes, it should works just fine with sound.Just extract and drag and drop the folder into your 3ds folder for homebrew launcher.

Chances are you will if you want to play japanese famicom disc system games, otherwise, no bios is needed.
