on-topic: another user on this thread has stated something about liquid physics, and i really dont see the n3ds handling that, or anything for that matter

The SplatooD game works fine on FCEUMM3DS.
I want to inject it into VC, but TNES says it has no nes header when it does.

I tried replacing the first line of the rom with the first line of the vc rom, and the injected rom booted, but the graphics were messed up badly.

It would be possible if Nintendo wanted to do it like hyrule warriors for 3ds but it would probably be limited like no 3d on old 3ds for hyrule warriors

In my opinion. I think if you really want a port; it'd be a 3ds re-write. Remaking the game is obviously too hard on a user-land level (Unless you get a dev kit and legally try to make it), regardless, you'd end up with a 3ds version, no comparability with the Wii U version. And it'd also be really low-poly (NDS quaility maybe?)
