ROM Hack Terraria dumping question (pc version save -> 3ds game)

is it possible to dump terraria and place the pc save onto the 3ds game and play your pc world on the go??? if you think this idea came out of my ass or, my large creative brain, feel free to tell me so can someone with pc and 3ds versions of terraria test my "GBAtempest theory???"

it gives u e-shop well kinda nintendo badge arcade even tho u can have hacked badges on any FW really and you get to use miiverse i gess and the internet browser agen yeah

1. I don't use eShop
2. Hacked badges works.
3. Miiverse sucks, plus it has web access
4. I don't need the web browser, I have a computer.

well in the future thare mite be a game like ALL WII U GAMES whare u need to sine in to your nnid to go online and you cant to that on a 9.9 and you cant update smash and suff and thare are games the WELL NOT RUN ON 9.9 even with hands and stuff

Well, not everyone wants games that only work on higher firmwares.

I don't think this is possible. The "small" world in PC version of Terraria is 4200 blocks wide and 1200 blocks high and the 3DS Terraria is limited to 1750 by 900 blocks only.
