Hacking Major private header ripper

Never just "buy" "private" headers from people online. There's literally no way you can guarantee it isn't also used by someone else.

Some just don't understand the meaning of private...if a group of friends are sharing one header, its no longer private. Doesn't matter how you say it.

If you bought it online expecting it to be private than its for damn sure it isn't private.

Okay but does it actually true what he said? Like if I am from the EU and he sent me an US header then thats why it got me banned?
This is important because if yes then he is clearly a scammer...

The guy sold you a header that worked, unfortunately you used it knowing it wasn't from your region which to me flags you in the system in some way, I'm sure. So no he didn't scam you, because if he did the game wouldn't have loaded. It probably would've been invalid or whatever the hell.

This is already getting overcomplicated... And yes I admit it its somewhat my fault but he was a trusted user on that forum so had no idea what are he selling.
If I offer a really good price for my 3DS I could sold it really fast I think, but question is where. I saw some people even selling here but not sure I not really want to risk a Paypal chargeback or something.
Then get a 3DS lower or same than 9.2. So to not make a mistake like this again, it is still not clear for me can you get banned if you using cfw and getting online? I saw 2-3 people on the "Have I been banned" topic and said that they got banned using CIA's lately.

Edit: Maybe if I will make sure to not get scammed I do some good christmas deal.

It's usually people trying to cut corners or rush things without reading. If you have patience and do things properly then it usually works out fine.

There's nothing wrong with your 3DS, you just have to invest a little to get what you want out of it. Seems a lot easier than selling it and buying a new one.

I guarantee 99% of those people didn't use a true private header.

But anyway, I'm perfectly happy using rxtools and would definitely recommend it over a flashcard if given the choice.

So you think its just better for me to use a proper private header rather then selling the console and buy a new one?
But from now on its 2 weeks to get unbanned right? What if another ban occurs then its over right?

You can sell the console if you want, you just need to make sure you are not liable and convey that to the buyer. Make them sign the package, pay insurance. If they refuse you make sure you have it in the email that they refused any type of insurance. Just had a 1500 dollar turbo kit shipped to my house, damn right I paid out of pocket for insurance and a signature.

Has anyone been able to get a private header for Street Fighter. I cannot find it anywhere when using powersaves. All the tutorial help videos talk about ff ff ff.... or 00 00 00 88. I cannot see any of those.

Any Help really appreciated
