I know this may not be the right thread, buuut....

What exactly WAS the webkit exploit that Smea used to get tubehax running?
Before Tubehax was patched, it was a startup exploit, so as long as boot.3dsx was in the SD card and a DNS was set up (which you dont need now), it would work.

Yeah, that was more what I meant.
Honestly I've wanted to start researching exploits for a while now. Would love to make a breakthrough in the homebrew scene and get my name out there. :)
Can't wait to see you makin exploits and stuff.

You got this my boy, believe in the Christmas that believes in you.

Dude, this Tubehax on 10.3 seriously isn't gonna work in my opinion. The vulnerabilities in the app are all patched, as far as I know. I think you'd have better chance finding another webkit bug in the web browser.

(Unless the Youtube app uses the same webkit as the browser, if so, then meh...)

Though this is an incredible discovery. This means users on 10.3 whining to their momies about not updating the ironhax payload will finally be able to get it once more without throwing away $80 for a bad game.

Hrmmm, lemme think if this one can load Payload correctly. What 'bout if we Inject the Payload into YouTube app with svdt and Tubehax it! No?

Thats because there isnt a compiled tubehax version that will work for 10.3 yet. I am talking to smealum about it tho.

If YouTube uses the same webkit as the browser than maybe broswerhax would work through YouTube.

Hm, my sister's 3DS never got themehax, she's on 9.9, and still has the Youtube app on her 3DS. Could this work for her 3DS, or does the Youtube app force you to update it order to use it, like the browser app?

I think browshax works for that, no?
