well because of PCHeX allowing PK6 file injecting I'm moving some final files to the directory I've talked about a while back. It's currently transferring a Living Dex PK6 files:)

Great to see this working. What are your thoughts about coding a separate app that works as a homebrew pokemon bank? Something simple that just allows to move pokemon from savegame to SD and viceversa, and store box data as box.bin files pkhex uses?
There already is a homebrew pokemon bank, look up PKBank

OP took a little vacation from the scene. But PCHex is not dead at all. I'm currently developing a C++ port with a gui but it's still far from being ready. The latest github commit currently looks like this.

top screen is almost finished but bottom screen for now just show a random bunch of information needed for debugging.

Mind compiling that for me? My computer doesn't have the right variables set up :/

If you want design ideas for the menus I'll gladly help.

EDIT: The editing stuff in the bottom screen, I mean

This project looks awesome. Makes me wanna try to learn the 3DS API.

I'll try and look into that! Do you devs have any recommendation of documentation? I have some fair experience in C.

Head to the ctrulib's github and download the library. It contains everything you need. It also contains a lot of examples which are very helpful. If you have some experience in C it will be easy as the api is very straightforward

I just found something weird. Whenever I talk to Nurse Joy with a party of hacked Pokemon, my game freezes and I have to shut off my 3DS and turn it back on again.

I had no experience in C before I read Stracker's code, and it still made sense to me. Check out the first post in this thread for his Github.

Hopefully this fixes some issues. This version times out after a few connection attempts then returns to the previous screen. I also allotted more memory for Pokemon to try to solve the Homebrew backout glitch.

EDIT: Fixed another glitch, online was down. Should be good to go now.
does this attachment have the GUI in it?
