Hardware wii u bundle question

so i had brought smash bros/splatoon bundle since it was on sale then i saw that toysrus is selling mario kart 8 preinstalled bundle for 240. now i want to hack wii u so should i take back this bundle and try to get that one so i have 5.3.2 or does splatoon/smash bundle have 5.3.2 already.
