Okay, let's see here.
PROS OF THE SKY:
>Has 10.3 support
>Has a cute little button on it? (it has two on the latest version - very important. Two cute little buttons.)
CONS OF THE SKY:

>Needs private headers to play online
>.cia only games are unplayable on the thing

>.cia installation - far better than .3ds due to the smaller size.
>Online play using the console's ID, meaning no ding dong bannu
>Supports undubs, fan translations, VC injects, etcetera
>GBA Support
>DSIware support
>Can back up NAND/Restore NAND if necessary
>Allows you to dump games
GATEWAY CONS
>Uh. Costs money?
>9.2 and below only.
>CFW CONS
>9.2 and below only, pretty much.
I'm not even a Gateway user (CFW master race), but the GW is definitely the better card of the two - if only for the fact that it's being actively updated without the need to buy additional hardware.
I'm sorry you updated past 9.2 - but GW and CFW are objectively the superior options here.
