It would be nice if some one could upload a decrypted romfs.bin that is not patched. That way those of waiting for an update to HANS will be ready to go.
You need to install NTR as a .cia on top of Gateway, after that follow dasding's post to get the patch running, it's very simple. Use the .cia of MHX.

I don't think it's possible to use NTR with MHX on o3DS as it allocates extra RAM just as MH4/G/U.
how did you patch (translate) the jap mhx you have in you cfw? a detailed info abt the process would be super helpful.

I'm using the cia I made I am not able to go online multiplayer with it.
It says "Error 002-0107" "This 3DS online services has been restricted by Nintendo"
However it's MHX only.
Other online enabled 3DS games work online fine and so does the eShop and other online functionality.
I have a feeling it's my CIA

im half way trough installing secto's cia! can any1 confirm his cia works online?
can someone explain to me how you patched mhx on o3ds that runs on rxtools? i have 10.3 emunand. i tried the instructions posted above via bootNTR and the NTR patched, but the game remained in JAP.

dude just get the prepatched cia that was posted on the iso forum... google 4 it as its not allowed to posts link to it here...
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Using NTR 3.2 with n3ds and a .3dz file. Have the mhx file on the root of the sd card, the title id folder with the layeredfs is in the plugin folder. When booting the game with ntr, the screen will flash green but immediately freeze after the flash.
i'm downloading it now, but i also want to learn the process in doing so with the o3ds.
