Hacking Super Paper Mario (Help)

I wish to change the in-game dialogue for SPM and was hoping any of you knew which files they are and how to modify them.

Someone on hcs64 told me what files they were and that they were simple text files... I opened them and saw it was all Japanese... I wish to modify the ENGLISH dialogue... I need help...

Also, unrelated to this thread: Is there a way I can change my username? I thought it was asking for my real name... I could have sworn it only said name... yeah, I wish to change it... pls help with that too.
