mmm on USA Hoopa can be downloaded via Mc'Donals' Nintendo Zone connection, I'm from México... and Nintendo of America never give us those services out of USA and Canada...
SSID: NZ@McD1
Also, you need to set the Wireless MAC to a specific value which I don't know right now.

Hey ya'll, check out my HomePass Spreadsheet (the one that i've been upkeeping since the start of HomePass). You'll find all the McDonald's SSIDs & MAC's that you want.

http://www.HomePass.info

I've been attempting to test it with the various SSIDs & MAC's to no success yet.

Will keep trying..

OK got it to work.

Change your home router to SSID "McDonalds Free WiFi" - it has to spelled exactly that way. Also, make sure your network is open, and not locked with WPA/etc. Then check for a gift on the internet in your respective Pokemon game, done. Now you have Hoopa!

All current Nintendo Zone events are region locked. According to the flag under your name you are in France and can't get a US Nintendo Zone event.

I think your region should be compatible with the Belgian event though so you could try NBAhomepass http://mrnbayoh.tumblr.com/ on a computer (that event has extra security so you need this program and can't do it on your own.

- Re-check how you inserted the SSID McDonalds Free WiFi. Capital letters and spaces count;
- Just delete your current 3DS connections, on System Settings. Or configure the Connection 1 on your 3DS to the new connection.
- Enter your game, Mystery Gift > Get Via Internet.

That should be enough.

Yeah, aside from having a network with the correct name, you must ensure that the 3DS CONNECTS TO IT and not another network! Easiest is to just temporarily delete connections settings on your 3DS.
