i was making a joke because you didn't post in a thread you made a new thread

but this section probably isn't the right place either. http://gbatemp.net/forums/3ds-flashcards-custom-firmwares.201/ is the best section i can think of but its still not ideal. a mod will probably move it so i wouldn't worry about it.

as for your problem it could have multiple causes. i think it being a bad dump is most likely. i'd try getting a new one.
