I wouldn't be holding my breath. With all the CFW and CIA madness thats been going on, Gateway team will selling up, transferring their profits to a swiss bank account and moving to the Bahamas very shortly.

You're better off selling that piece of shit N3ds with 10.1 and buy new one with 9.2 > firmware rather than waiting years for gateway to crack it.

Seems like they gave up already. If anything, they should just port Gateway launcher to to BrowserHax and MenuHax for N3DS first of all. Do they expect their customers buy Gateway for N3DS and fork out more money for OOT &save donge (in case they don't friend with homebrew launcher ready 3DS)/ Cubic Ninja. If one has the will to learn how to boot Gateway menu without CN/OOT then he would use CFW (in most case) on the N3DS instead.

"Technical support" would mean things like, "I can't get the menu to show up" or "the menu has blank squares".

Ive received the same answer from the support 3x now, still no update, i guess they abandon us now and move on with another name with another exploits jeez greedy people.
