Like most folks might do, I went to the SKY3DS website and looked at the vendors serving the US. As the prices varied, I looked at several that were at the low-average price. I went to one site whose credit card processing was hosed and would not validate my CCV. I then moved on to IFlashDSI. It took them a few days to acknowledge my order and another day or so to provide a DHL GM tracking number. After that it took a week and my threat to cancel the charge to get them to actually post the SKY3DS. Several weeks later the card arrived. If you search here, you will see that it didn't work. I spent a few days trying to get it to work and then contacted IFlashDSI. I got the typical baloney about the SD card, etc. but the blue light did not light when I inserted the card. This was in my original 3DS XL running 6.2 firmware. After a few days of back and fourth, videos, emails, etc. iFlashDSI provided me with return instructions. Once I sent them a copy of the shipping label, they agreed to cross-ship a new one (good right?). Each email took about 48 hours for an answer. I contacted them a few days later to see if the replacement was shipped. They said they would like to sell me a memory card with some games so they could know everything would work. Their prices were reasonable, so I said fine and submitted the order. A few days later, I got a tracking number. A few days after that, they actually shipped. Today it arrived. It still does not work with my 3DS XL, doesn't light, nothing (updating the firmware does not fix it, the Ace3D card works fine). I tried it with my new 3DS. It lit up but showed no game with the 8GB card they had supposedly preloaded. I tried the cards I had used previously (that didn't work) and viola. Checking the 8GB I bought from iFlashDSI, there was nothing on it. So, these are the facts use your own judgement. Definitely some good and bad. Bottom line is that I placed my original order on 24 Sep and finally today (5 Nov) have a working product. I would not buy from them again because:

1) They are too slow to respond to email.
2) They are not honest about shipping, etc. It DOES NOT take a week for DHL to update tracking information. I use it all the time from China. Saying otherwise is just dishonest.
3) They are too slow shipping the order.
4) They don't follow-through (loading the games on the card)

I give them credit that they stood behind the product they sold and kudos for cross-shipping.

Do not buy a sky3ds. The money your going to pay for it plus a private header is not worth it.

Buy a used 3ds (between 4.1 and 9.2) and set up rxtools custom firmware. It turns out cheaper in the end with wayyyy more features

Edit: Your 3ds is 6.2 so why did you buy a flashcart?!?!?!

What were you buying the Sky3DS for if you are on 6.2 firmware?

But anyway glad you got a product at the end of that ordeal.
Because the RXTools information is terrible and the process looked like a pain in the butt. I want to use Netflix, etc. and don't want to have to worry about accidentally upgrading my firmware. Thanks for the good wishes. I am not going to respond to any of the nitwits who want to crap up what was intended to be a vendor review to help others. The first doosh ought to get a time out.

Well Rxtools is a bit more complex than sky3ds and takes a bit of time to set up but with sky its just insert and play but I would rather not buy a flashcart because sky doesnt let you play games from the Sd card

Imo thats a autogoal, its true that the first time you see rxtools tutorial you think its difficult but it isnt if you follow it carefully. Neverthless sky3ds is easier to use but cant play some of the latest games.
