Maybe I missed something but IronHax stopped working for me after updating.
I am now on New3DS Firmware Ver. 10.2.0-28E. I had IronFall 1.1.0. When I run the save, it brought up the bootscreen ("The homemenu robpin is ready"), then it did not go on. After a few seconds it crashed back to the Home Screen with a message like: "An error occured. Please save the data of the software you are useing and reboot the system." (At this point I am not even sure if the system did reboot itself or if I had to do it manually...)

I tried redownloading the starter kit from smealums side and deleted the IronFall patch. Now I am on IronFall 1.0.0.
Whenever I klick the save, the game crashes, the Homescreen appears with a message, telling me that an error occured and does reboot itself.

Anybody got an idea?
My guess is have to wait till there is a new possibility... It is just a shame I won't get those sweet sweet extra StreetPass coins anymore.

Wait for a potential browserhax update. I'm sure it will come when Ninjhax 2.5 happens.

Thank you. So, as I already guessed, I will wait until some new Browser/OoT/Smashhack will be released.
It is just to bad that University just restarted for me, which means up to 8k steps daily. I will miss so many coins while other people do not seem to have any problems... (At least for what I understand with my bad english.)

I think he was referring to the possibility of a future browserhax, not that it will be fixed any time soon. You might want to consider buying CN or OOT because you may be waiting for quite some time.
oot3dhax still requires another exploit to be installed, though. I mean you could use a second exploitable system, but not everyone has that.

Smashhax is apparently not patched yet, but is a bit unstable. But the point is that you can use smashhax to get OO3dhax

I have used smashbroshax (and even posted a tutorial on how to use it on Linux!) But it's so unstable and more like a PoC right now. I managed to get it to run the homebrew launcher once, and that's it.

It needs new 10.2 payloads, those will come with NinjHax 2.5.
But as reported by Smea, 10.1 payloads should work fine for NinjHax/IronHax/OoTHax

That's why I gave it a shot. I figuered either it works or I show that it is not completely idiot proofed.

I have to admit, this confuses me. When I installed IronHax through TubeHax I followed Smealums guide very tightly. Today there it is still written, that Payloads are not needed for ironhax and tubehax. Did I miss something?

I fear that I might have lost/broken some data while backing up the SD after ironhax stopped working. I wanted to back up the ironfall 1.1.0 patch, so I copyed everything on my PC. After trying out version 1.0.0 I wanted to load everything back on my SD and got some errors, mainly with installer.xml.
It had 0 Bytes and refused every attempt to open/overwrite/delete. So, I formatted the SD and put my backup on it. It did not bring back the 1.1.0 patch, which isn't a real problem I guess but I will not do the advertised update unless somebody gives his ok as I do not want to get stuck with 1.2 somehow.
While everything else works, ironhax is still broken. I do not know if my 3DS or Mint did cause that behaviour of the installer.xml. I don't even know if it affects the booting at all, it was simply an observation.

Just to be clear, this all happened after ironhax stopped working but still showing the bootscreen. When I was back on 1.0, it did just crash.
At the end I even foolishly deleted the ironhax save, reloaded the backup on the sd and the save was back.

I own european versions of OoT and Smash. Is there a method I should try or is it more reasonable to wait, especially as I am out of the loop?
