Please make the view switch from homebrew apps into application titles occur only when lifting up the finger from the app icon! When I select svdt, the cursor is already on the app which is in the place of svdt on the title selector screen. (Mii Maker in my case) (OK, I'm not English, this sentence is pretty bad, ask if you don't understand it! :P)
And please draw a square or anything into that home icon, it looks like a big, fat arrow! :P

You have plans for custom sorting?
When you refer to "custom sorting", do you exactly refer to some ordered HB apps view? Because, in fact, already was implemented a "alphabetically sort" option.

Edit: @mashers, another bug (IDK if was reported yet, sorry if yes): On Title Launcher, when I extract a game cartridge, icon is shown yet and is possible select it, indeed... After it, crash (all screens in black). I hope next version solves it! Thanks in advance!

If this had custom background and BGM, It would be able to replace the entire theme system that nintendo has right now!

I've implemented suloku's fix but couldn't see any difference. I'm assuming it's ok now though, whatever the problem was.
The problem was the "wave" animation quite literally breaks when you press any direction on the + Control Pad or tilt the Circle Pad in any direction.

Hi everyone

This homebrew launcher, based on the original by @smealum, has the following features:
  • Grid layout with paging, touch/d-pad controls
  • Built-in settings to change options without editing config files
    • Optionally hide the region free loader
    • Optionally sort alphabetically
    • Display in two or three rows
    • 12/24 hour clock
  • Help page with contact details
  • Support for scanning subfolders on the SD card and choosing which folder to view in the grid
  • Still or animated water in the background
  • Support for my custom-format converted TTF fonts, currently using Roboto as the main font

The attached file, HBL-Grid.zip, is a beta version. Everything should be working, but this version is simply uploaded so people can try it while I put the finishing touches to the final version. If there are issues, bugs, or if you have ideas for improvements, please post them in this thread.Outstanding tasks include:
  • Improve the appearance of the top screen, which is still very sparse
  • Add the date to the status bar
  • Fix target title selector (svdt)
  • Remember last homebrew

Following this, source code will be released as soon as I figure out how to upload it to GitHub.

Finally, the following additional features will be added in further updates in the future:
  • Customisable background wallpaper for top and bottom screens
  • Customisable colour scheme
  • Customisable background music
  • Sound effects
  • Favourites
  • Scanning folders other than /3ds/
  • Screenshots

I have tested this under NH2.0 and IH on a 9.9 UK New 3DS. I have no other hardware to test it on, so I would be really grateful if people could try this and post the following information only if it DOESN'T work:

3DS version
3DS region
FW version
HB entrypoint used

To use the launcher, unzip it and either drop the .3dsx file into the /3ds/ folder on your SD card and open it from another launcher, or rename it to boot.3dsx and put it into the root directory of your SD card to use it as your default launcher.

Please post feedback, suggestions or feature requests here! :)
So if I have downloaded games, will they still show up?
