Yep, it seems most hax don't like 9.4. From what I remember, RegionFOUR crashes on 9.4 and when NinjHax 2.0 was first released it also crashed on 9.4.
You can try updating to 10.1 if you want, but I dont recommend it. You can use Tubehax (Just download youtube from the eshop) or Ironhax (if you have it. Got removed from the eshop) (Tubehax/Ironhax work from 9.0.0 - 10.1)
Or just try and try again.

EDIT:
Just went to 3dbrew.org and saw you can use browserhax.

(Old3DS) From 2.1.0-4 to 3.0.0-6, 4.0.0-7 to 4.5.0-10, 5.0.0-11 to 7.0.0-13, 7.1.0-16 to 9.5.0-22, 9.5.0-23 to 9.8.0-25, 9.9.0-26 to 10.1.0-27
(New3DS) From 9.0.0-20 to 9.2.0-20, 9.3.0-21 to 9.5.0-23, 9.6.0-24 to 9.8.0-25, 9.9.0-26 to 10.1.0-27

I did just post what you have to do on o3ds.
And it works after a few tries.

Nintendo 3DS - 10.0.0-27 - It works.

Nintendo 2DS - 10.0.0-27 - Doesn't works.

I think that the reason is the need to return to the HOME Menu, to turn on the Wi-Fi on 2DS.

new 3ds also return to home meu then turn on the wifi.
but it works fine. on my new 3ds with latest firmware.

Does this have the same problems as HomeMenuHax? Or does all 2.x compatible homebrew work?
