I know endrift has commented on it before, but how likely is it we'll get better upscaling in the near future? xBRZ looks great and would be fantastic to have (assuming it's technically feasable to implement without ruining the framerate)

I'm not sure what the upscaling is now but it looks alright. It's better than the old nearest neighbour which is what endrift said he needed to fix (and now has!)

Ok so I dont have to go looking through all these pages for a O3ds USER -_- somebody with a O3ds please tell me how stable this has gotten
I am an O3DS user. mGBA is the best GBA emulator for O3DS's without kernel access. I get 25 fps + on all games with 1 or 2 frameskip. 55 at max 24 at worst.

As of my testing, keep in mind that I am semi-ignorant, with what the framerate says, it is getting progressively better. Still unsure if this will ever become better. Audio is quite abit scratchy, but the game is still playable.

I preffer mGBA because is the only 3ds emulator that has gyro-controls support, so we can play wario ware twisted and that yoshi game i cant remember.

It's cause it's quite a silly name...Yoshi's universal gravitation wasn't it? Utterly ludicrous...and quite a crap game too if my memory serves...Artoon eh?

That's a much better title...what the hell? :)

Must be a previous copyright thing.

No the games okay, passable you're right...if it was published by anyone else it wouldn't matter so much...but Nintendo's quality control for main characters mean it's in some stiff competition.

I don't care how many Yoshi's Island DS's they make...they made Blinx...and for that Artoon should never be forgiven.

What is it about cats that make their games suck?

Sorry for the OT...there's probably a better place to talk about Artoon.

frame skip 1 is way to slow ...2 and 4 are near equal where 4 gives just a tad boost ...

Pixel accurate top

Sims bustin out 26-29 fps
Sims 2 pets 24-32
Sims 2 28-45
Urbz Sims in the city 22-27

with a few more builds and fixes we could have O3ds running gba quite smooth this is the best I have seen so far .. though for my game unplayable atm but I am watching this now this seems better hope then most others ..

This new build is good. In the Emerald hack I'm playing I get 54 to 57 fps now, or a much more consistent 58 fps when frameskip set to 1. There's still a slowdown when wild battles start but it seems a liiittle bit better.
The music sounds perfect at times, but then it hits a bad note and sounds bad for a while until it hits another sound that fixes it (pokemon cries are good at fixing it). I don't really see why it should work like that but hey, it's still good!
