Hello GBAtemp,

Disclaimer: These cheats currently only work with the Japanese version of FE and the thread was created long before the American release, I'm sorry if you tried to get them to work on the english version, but as it stands they don't. For current hacking options you can check fort42 for either Gateway or Spider cheat codes. (Spider works only on O3DS as far as I know, and Gateway is limited to those who own the cart.)

I've been getting some great use out of a Chinese cheat plugin for FE:I and was thinking that some other individuals would like to have a more comprehensive way of using the tool. So I wrote up a brief tutorial on how to use the cheat plugin in NTR and how to then activate the codes once inside the game.

A brief tutorial:
1.) Go to http://www.speedfly.cn/10488.html and download the latest build
1.b) Make sure you have the latest NTR build and cia downloaded onto emuNAND (Which can be acquired here https://gbatemp.net/threads/ntr-cfw-3-0.393710)
2.) Put the cheat file into SD:\plugin\000400000012DE00\cheat.plg
3.) Launch emuNAND
4.) Launch NTR (if it freezes on scv check hard reset and try again)
5.) Launch FE:I and if you see a green flash before the game starts then the cheats work

Now for the codes that I have figured out:

· Start + up

• Set Money Equal to 777777

· Start +down

• HP set to 77 for all units

· Start + right

• Always gain 99 experience after battle

· Start + left

• Can act unlimited times in battle (move again after doing an action)

· Select + up

• Durable goods last indefinitely

· Select + down

• Enables Special Effects mode (I believe this causes the following codes to be able to be launched, but need clarification)

· X + up

• Units have max stats

· X + down

• Units have max class level

· X + right

• Max weapon proficiency for all units

· X + left

• All skills unlocked for all units

· X + SELECT

• 1 Hit kill

· SELECT + right

• 77 of all items currently in the convoy

· SELECT + left

• 77 of all items possible in the convoy

· L + R + up

• Set Lilith’s level to 77

· L + R + down

• Max unit’s movement stats

· L + R + right

• Allows for the following codes about my castle to work

· L + R + left

• All minerals and food set to 77

· L + R + X mode lift the restrictions lifted restrictions mode

• (I believe this allows for the following codes to work)

· Y + up

• Free to change difficulty

· Y + down

• Feed Lilith without waiting

· Y + right

• Control enemy

· Y + left

• Access to all My Castle buildings including other side's buildings (ie. Nohr can have a Hoshido shop in a Nohr run)

· B + up

• Units can become any class using parallel seal

· B + down

• 100% chance to increase states when leveling up

· B + right

• Max support levels with all units (when undone, all the illegitimate supports go back to the way they were before the cheat)

· L + R + Y

• Set enemy HP to 1

Some small tips to using the tool,

Fates anti-cheat prevention

If you trigger certain flags you will be "ghost banned" from online, where people cannot see you castle, but you can still visit others. This way no one can take cheated skills, classes, etc.

The only way to remove this trigger is to either reset to an older save (I personally prefer NTR save tool) or to reset you entire game with wipe data. So always keep a backup.

Some of the triggers thanks to a member named Rhyme from serenes forest include:

• Any illegitimate class on Kamui (so no animal spirit, or crazy classes)
• Any character owning a Lilith or enemy class, (except for lancer)
• More than 2 non-Kamui, Kamui restricted classes (Dark/Light prince or variants) units. So don't give the Avatar classes to more than 2 people, or else you will be flagged.
• More than 2 Managrams or Fox spirits, unless you marry one of them to Kamui, in which case you can have 4.
• Certain weapons being owned at all including: Proximity Yumi, Close Combat Yumi, Skadi, and Gangreli (no the Dark sword variant)

If you have illegitimate abilities like Dragonskin where only enemy's or bosses can wield you will not be banned, but will be unable to participate in online battles.

Another thing to note is that within NTR mode you do not have the ability to access out of region DLC, meaning that the third path at this time is accessible for hacking. I have attempted to use the region language plugin to enable out of region DLC on my New3DS, but have had no luck with the endeavor. If someone ends up figuring this piece out then please leave a response and I will add it to the OP.

finally I suggest if you have the NTR save plugin you disable it by renaming the folder it is located in before attempting to use the tool, as it seems when overlapping there is a high chance (if not %100) of crashing the game.

This code gives you 77 of each item that you already have in your convoy. Dunno if it's only occurring with the English patch, but there are several weapons that are stupidly overpowered. I'm talking 255 Mt, Hit, AND Crit.

· SELECT + left

• Delivery team full article 77 (?)

This code gives you 77 of every single item in the game into your convoy.

· L + R + right

• Lit. Towns all the props (?)

This one you need to activate in order for the bottom one to work. I think it makes it so that you have "obtained" all of the ingredients and minerals in My Castle.

· L + R + left

• All 77 towns props diminished (must be lit otherwise unusable) (?)

This one won't work unless you use the above code. It gives you 77 of all ingredients and minerals in My Castle. If you do use it without the above, it will still give you 77 of all the ingredients and minerals in My Castle, but you can't trade them in for stuff.

· Y + left

• TOWNS was full (?)

This code gives you all the My Castle Buildings. It's fun using Nohr-exclusive buildings in a Hoshido run.

I suggest you get a language translator program on your browser to best understand the site, as it is rather difficult to explain without knowing Japanese. But there are three drop down arrows halfway down the page, the second one contains the link to the download.

Google Chrome has a built in translator I was using but I didn't see the arrows. I ended up working around it by using a download manager like thing and putting the baidu link into it, which worked perfectly. Thanks though.

Another tip. I've tested a lot of what gets you banned back when the cheats first came out. You can give your characters all skills, just make sure that when you update your castle, they don't have any that's boss/npc equipped. You can have them just fine, when someone takes your unit, they automatically remove all illegal skills, leaving the person with every obtainable skill. I've tested this when I was sharing my witch classes before the DLC came out. You can use the have all items but you need to remove any non-player obtainable items from your inventory/equips. Weapons made for single characters that can be gotten in the main story in anyway is fine (Ryuoma's Thunder Blade, evil god blade while on Hoshido, etc) despite you not being able to remove them like other weapons. That's due to the fact that you can't remove/store them in the first place. You can test it out but from personal experience, I know how it works.

The cheats work along with the language/DLC plugins. When you are in game, press X+Y to pull up the NTR menu and scroll down to Game Plugin.

Yes, it works with cias (I'm also playing on the English translation patch). I haven't experienced any crashes in game except for when trying to do online castle stuff with the plugin activated.

As @Laterite said, press X+Y while in game, scroll down to Game Plugin, and the cheats should be there. I've been using this along with the language plugin on the English translation patch cia and it works just fine. It'll sometimes crash randomly when in My Castle, but that's a rare occurrence.

Does it matter what version of the game you are playing? i.e. if its special edition or if its hoshido or nohr, because I have the hoshido version so I changed the folder name accordingly and my game is freezing

the plugin is for special edition i think
it works with the english text translation patched japanese version of special edition as well even with all DLC included and NTR CFW Japanese Language emulation plugin.
