(Use this tool to dump, should be in 000014d1)

Wanted to experiment with a few things, but need these files to do so.

Sadly, it doesn't seem that they'll do what I want. BUT: I'm going to post something soon(NOT gateway soon ) about my WIP project that'll do what this would have done.

It can only work on a non-japanese 3DS via Gateway red cart.

a better way for sending him the files should be upload to a server like filetrip or deposit files etc... and giving him the link via PM..
or if it's ok for all parties (both you OP, and gbatemp rules) you could attach a rar or zip file to the comment
