@Stracker . Compliquer mais se serait cool de faire la traduction si un jour tu as le temps car j'en connais pas mal qui galere avec l'anglais.

Would be complicate to translate. But if a day you have time would be cool because there are quite a lot of people who are sad with English.

About the translation requests...
Guys, the app need to be finished first in order to make a translation for it, don't you agree?

If you start translating now, you'll have to translate along with the development.
If @Stracker adds a new feature tomorrow with new stuff/text and you translate it today, you'll have to keep up with the update and translate the new revision changes.

Remember that this is still in alpha stages and the current developer is adding stuff constantly.
My suggestion would be to first let the developer get the hang of the app until he/she considers it to be at a very well stable stage.

ONLY then ask about translations.

Is my point clear?

Besides...
Is not like the app will be text heavy.
Most of the settings and options are one word only and easily recognizable for anyone who plays Pokemon.

Only thing I can think off that might require a good translation are the attacks and stats, but other than that, nothing else.

Pretty much on point, thanks for clarifying for me !
Another problem is character space, since I'm on a terminal based UI, I only have a 40x30 character grid to print things on, a very constrained space that doesn't allow for variable text length, moreover, it doesn't allow special characters like 'é' (I had to strip it from my resources files since it wasn't displaying correctly...)

In brief, no translation AT LEAST until a graphical UI, and that's a long way down

No need to thank. :)
Just wanted to make it clear so that people don't start doing work that wouldn't be quite important at the moment.

And no hurries dude, :P
Take your time and hope everything goes well. :)

Alright, here's what I've been working on :

It's pretty basic, but it'll allow you to easily choose things like species, moves, etc
(I also got the thing running in citra, which will be good for easier testing)
