Just noticed the license. Going to zip it all together and upload it here; too lazy to set up a repo right now, hope you're okay with that, OP

Edit: Here you go. Basic instructions:
In the box / slot overview, press Y on a slot to select it as cloning source. Then, move over to your target slot and press B to copy the Pokémon to it. You can also delete Pokémon by selecting an empty slot as source.

By using this, you agree that neither OP nor I can be held responsible for ANY damage caused.

PCHex-master.zip is the source (GPL -.- xD), PCHex0.2+cloning.zip is the thing you're most likely looking for.

us new 3ds users have to use a fricken screw driver. So for me - I have my ftp sever ready!

New3DS(XL) also has SD Card Management in the System Settings -> Data Management. It is very much like FTP, but then native.

If you work together with Stracker you could make your build either a fork or new commit. Just saying

tbh i thought i was the only one who knew that! I don't remember seeing it at launch. Was it there then?

I.. have no idea.. I was once told and never forgot. Then again, I always use FTP-3DS myself seeing as how easy it is due to Windows File Explorer being able to FTP.
