Would it be possible to add gyro controls to gpsp? Right now my dream features are.

Gyro controls like mgba have.
Sunlight sensor emulation via some button commands or something.
A way to not show the debug screen on the bottom screen. Just a black screen would look great.
:)

Prof 9 already released some excellent patches for the Boktai games which basically do what you want with the solar sensor. I don't think it makes a ton of sense to add that feature to an emulator when only three games use them, and games with patches at that.

Oh I didn't knew that. Thanks then the solar sensor is settled.

new build is up with the higher clockspeed change for .cia on new 3DS.
can someone test the gpSP core (the .cia version) ? what fps does it have on n3DS when fast forward is enabled ?

Hmm... ScummVM is on that list. Can anyone give me a super rough guesstimate on when we might see a build for it in the Nightlies?
There's already a ScummVM port for 3ds that comes in all formats. There's also the excellent NDS port. Also why are so many people saying that this will never run fullspeed on the o3DS? Is there a basis for this? I recall playing SNES/GBA/Genesis just fine on my GP2X. Let alone something several fold more powerful like the o3DS. That being said, fantastic ports especially for such early revisions. They run very well on my N3DS. But i'll stick to my DSTwo until they're more polished.

Link to ScummVM 3DS port? Also, this is already fast on the n3DS and stable on both. I haven't had a single crash yet. :)

I'm testing the cia on 9.0 and is insanely fast! No doubt the best performance I had on any gba emulator to date on the 3ds and even the sound is great! Where can I enable the fast forward?

weaker platforms than the o3DS where RetroArch runs faster ? where ?

glad to hear that :D
you can bind it to a button in Settings --> Input Hotkey Binds --> Fast Forward toggle.

I'm getting from 129fps up to 139fps with fast forward enabled.

I started noticing a strong crackling sound coming and going from every 10 seconds. Without fast forward enabled.

Scummvm can have multiple smaller builds with subsets of its supported game engines, but I don't know if that's feasible within retroarch, or would be better standalone.

cool, that confirms it then that both dynarec and higher clockspeeds can be active at the same time !
sound is still in the works, and enabling/disabling fastforward might render it unstable currently :)

I restarted and this time haven't used the fast forward option and sound it's working flawless even after changing between games. It must have been the fast forward like you said. I still can't bealive the speed I'm getting. This emulator is really close to being perfect on new 3ds. Thanks for everything. :gba:
