I was also suspicious, but if you check the user that posted that picture on NeoGAF (looking at the post history and investigating around) you will see that she is a person from Australia that married someone from UK and they are waiting for him to get his citizenship to go back to UK. [1]

PS: And not only from Australia, also from Queensland.[1] The GoFundMe campaign is also set in Queensland (QLD).[2]
PS2: What proves nothing, but makes me feel less suspicious as they are many matches.
