Thanks the real jbye, I was looking for something along those lines! As for anyone else, I'm trying to install a us emunand over the 9.5jp one I have. Could anyone link me or vaguely describe a way to reach a tutorial to do this? I dumped the eshop file whose name I've forgotten at this point off of another n3dsxl for this region

If I was in your shoes what I would do is

1) Use sky to load OOT or CN and make a nand backup
2) Use sky3ds to load Cubic Ninja, run pasta, run FBI and install BBM and install all the 9.2U firmware files
3) Use d9 and make an xor of your nand and swap the region
4) Repeat 1-3 for USA region and delete JPN files
5) Use sky to load OOT or CN and make emunand and unlink the nands
6) Use sky3ds to load Cubic Ninja, run pasta, run FBI and install BBM
7) Boot reinand and sell the sky3ds
8) Install sudokuhax for mset

This ^ ...but keep the Sky3ds unless you can get a good price for it.

Well according to modchipfactory, I can pay for shipping and trade it back to them for anything and then get refunded the price difference

Why sudokuhax? You can install the ReiNAND Exploit after you have Downgraded the MSET and install the ReiNAND Exploit on the DS Profile Isnt it?

This is for when you lose the exploit from say playing a ds game. It boots from system nand and lets you pick a rop

Ahh okay. And also I haven't been able to load a gba vc CIA. I have some official ones and then a few cutoms but all lead to the power off error. I herd something about having to install it in the sysnand too?

Yes via system nand on reinand with the gba patch

Okay so i recently purchased a new 3ds as well as a sky3ds. I got the sky first and waited on my n3ds only to find out that it was on FIRMWARE 9.1 JAP!! I expected a higher firmware as to why i bought the sky but I want to know what should i do. Should i keep the sky or get a gateway instead. I told the informant of where i purchased the card this story and their willing to swap my cards but how can i run the exploit if i wont have the sky anymore? I have reinand and ntr on my 9.5 emunand as of now.
