Yes that is basically what it is. I am in the process of editing my Pokemon X save, once I'm done I'll tell you the results

Oh I see you haven't tried yet until now...
I hope you'll give me a tutorial (might need one so that I don't accidentally brick my 3DS).

Also, does save manager work with that Pokemon Rumble World Editor?

There's a thread about Rumble World editing BTW: http://gbatemp.net/threads/pokemon-rumble-world-diamonds-p-tool.386526/
At the time it was released, its requirement is to have Gateway.
I'm not sure about now though, if Save Manager can let me edit my Rumble World save...

I was able to successfully dump and inject into Pokemon X. I'll test ACNL tonight.

OK I'm about to get my game & its SD card to start putting that save manager to my homebrew. How will I do that? Just paste the "save_manager" folder & its contents inside the "3DS" folder?

OK I've put the "save_manager" folder & its contents to the "3DS" folder, then run the homebrew, I found Save Manager, clicked it...
And why only "System Settings" shows up on the Target Title selection screen?

What problem do you have? Save Manager not working?
If that's the case, try to visit the last save_manager folder just right before the files. Because in my first attempt it didn't work... Which the reason is was because the save_manager folder I used to copy to the 3DS folder also contained another "save_manager" folder lol, just before the files.

I just tested a backup of shuffle and it worked but I don't have the other games
