That method you linked to earlier no longer works since the nus servers are no longer available. Currently there is no work around to update from 8.1 to 9.2

What if I already used 3DNUS to download it?

I just read somewhere that your system firmware must be at 4.5 for this to work. My 3ds Xl is on 4.1-8E. Should I update it to 4.5 for this to work? Is that the case with everyone?

You would need to decrypt every cia to raw and then figure out a way to host the files and the modified soap response

Works anywhere from 4.X to 9.2

Just be sure your browser can use the exploits required for cubic ninja or for launching a CFW like rxTools. Your system is 4.1.0-8E, which suggest you can already run CFW and/or cubic ninja with your current browser.

I installed this with devmen and put the other file on sd card too. When I start The New NTR CFW from home menu at begining it says Unknown menu, program missing home injector (or something like that) and after bunch of addr codes in the end it says current firmware not supported, bnBootNTR failed. I have gateway on version 9.7.0-25E. Am I supose to install anything more? I saw that for Sky3ds it needs some pasta cfw but how about gateway? Thanks and sorry for a little longer post. I realy want to make cheats working.

I'm not really sure as to what can be achieved with ntr plugins. But would it possible to create a plugin that gives us basic ram dumping/editing, basic searches and entering codes on the 3DS itself?

That was the first thing I tried, but I can,t figure out how to output info to the user. if their is a way to output to the screen then yes it's possible. I think output is possible but I not sure how do do it, there needs more documentation and examples of all the ntr stuff.

3 Execute the BootNTR application in home menu then it will boot NTR CFW.

why not update your emunand to 9.9 if it doesn't work on your emunand 9.7

yes, that happened to me before, it means you have already downloaded the update in emunand, just choose yes, it takes less than 1 min to update from 9.7 to 9.9

Please can you make a cheat.plg for Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal World Duel Carnival ID: 0004000000132B00, and post it and the source here. I've tried to do it myself but a can't make it to work with CFW3.0.
Here are the codes i want:

L+START : PLAYER LP MAX activated every new Duel (if possible in freeze mode)

02A7CB10 0001869F

L+SELECT : OPPONENT LP 0 activated every new Duel
0392FB7C 00000000

Please I'm tired of going to the browser every time, I want extra LP or win a hard Duel.
