You should be using devkitARM for building any 3ds/nds stuff.

It's always using arm-none-eabi instead of devkitARM. I really don't know how to switch to devkitARM

Ok, I think I pushed everything and mset should work. Compile rnInstaller, install via flashcart as per usual, and then compile the cfw.

Comfirmed working as intended.
Well i did get stuck on a black screen after pressing start once, but gateway even does that sometimes...

It is a shame I still get that issue where it freezes if I hang out in the system menu more than like 7 seconds. Although games don't lock it up. XD

Yes, you need to reinstall ROP in the compiled package.
