Why is there denial over somebody eventually releasing an exploit for 9.3+ the current exploit is incapable of playing game backups and many people are holding their breathe and many non coders are attempting to talk about a subject that they don't have the knowledge to understand. Why can't most people just accept that they have to buy a 9.2 console and be happy that we even have CFW. The reason I am saying this is because I see post where people are making demands like cracking the 3ds involves the same difficulty as cooking an egg. We are so lucky to even be able to experience CFW to begin with. THe ps3 hack you HAD to be at 3.55 or below and 4 years have gone by since the hack and it is still the same way to this date. I don't want to sound like a pessimist, but at the same time we have to be thankful for what we have and understand that this isn't like going to walmart or ordering a pizza.

i don't know man, cooking an egg can burn your house down if not done propertly...

and since i live on a very rural area with a pizzeria +1 hour away, its almost impossible to order one if you want them to deliver at my house:(

ps. i forgot about wallmart, well, i live on europe, we don't have wallmart... so yeah, 3ds cfw is more easier than going to wallmart

Well, I guess this denial is based on a couple of aspects:
1. People just don't have a sufficient technical understanding and knowledge to understand that things like finding exploits, especially kernel exploits, is something that is unpredictable and overall very hard to do. They think that the lack of a proper 'hack' (simply put: the ability to play pirated games, since that is what 99% of this group of people cares about) is caused by laziness of skilled hackers or maybe even a lack of those.

2. People can't accept that the system they've purchased is inferior to the system another person has purchased even though it's technically the same device. I guess this group of people is at least partially identical with the group of people I talked about in the first point but I like to think that some maybe had a hard time saving the money to buy a 3DS in the first place and are now disappointed by the fact that they can't do the same things like other people who maybe bought their systems a month or two earlier when the New 3DS was still shipped with a exploitable firmware or maybe they didn't find out about things like CFW (which is an incorrect term for most of the stuff released to this date like NTR because these are all simply patches done to the original firmware, nothing more and nothing less) until after updating their systems. Now the thought of having to return their handhelds or having to buy a new one is giving these people a headache. Think of kids who might have got their systems for christmas or something and are now having a hard time being able to afford games and are disappointed by the fact that there would be ways of obtaining every game they desire for free. Piracy is of course a bad thing but kids or people on general who can't afford games for their systems don't understand or simply don't care about that. Even I still download most of my games, simply because I couldn't afford them otherwise (and because my interest in them isn't as big as in things like music which I am willing to pay money for), that is about to change once I start working in October.

3. Hope. I think you're wrong about people "denying" that there will never be a new exploit because there might very well be one someday. When and if such day will come is still to be determined but there's nothing wrong about hoping for one, if you're not constantly whining and begging, of course. Saying that everybody who hopes for an exploit an the newer firmwares by bringing up the PS3 example is denying the sad truth is about as senseless as demanding for an exploit to be found.

You forgot the fact that they have found an exploit in a later firmware than the original requirement. The original exploit required 4.5 or lower. They eventually found a second exploit in 9.2 and lower. I admit it did take 3 years, but it happened. Look at the DSi. They are finally cracking it open well past it's life cycle.

Even though there is no piracy, we can STILL make games, get free themes, get region free, and even emulators. If that isn't enough, then don't use it at all.

I'm easy to please, I personally think it's outstanding. It's not as if finding a console on 9.2 firmware is really all that hard, especially if you go with buying a 2DS, it simplifies things even more. We get free themes, free games, screenshots, emulators, and even cheats. So we have a pretty good deal going on. Likewise, the PSVita scene is finally seeing some long awaited action too! :grog:

We always have entry points, like Cubic Ninja... unless Nintendo comes to our houses and steals the game when we're sleeping.

As for a 100% free method? No.
