Dislike option on Facebook

Facebook is the most popular social network in the world. I think there should be a Dislike potion in the Facebook. What do you think about it?

didnt the internet already had countless discussions about this? like how everyone wants the buttton, but facebook already explained why they didn't include a dislike button

whats the point of the dislike? just don't like it..

with the like button, internet points\likes wars are already a shit, if a dislike button would be created, that would just increase even more the likes wars

dislikes are abused, you wrote a shitty comment, people dislike it, what you do? of course you will delete it... so you don't get negative points
either that or you start bitching about the people who disliked your stuff...

got a friend that you hate? dislike every single item he gots, gang up with your friends to target a person and dislike everything...

but i tell you one of the biggest reasons facebook doesn't give you a dislike button...

facebook is just an advertisement paradise... nowadays almost every single company got a facebook page, so you can like it, share it and etc..
facebook users are nothing but advertisement audience...
companies encourage you to like their page and share etc. etc.. free advertisement...
and some companies even pay for facebook to show adversement...
with this in mind, what company wants to give their users a option to tell their company\products are bad?
if you write bad stuff about a company on their wall, there are very few honored companies who let that bad comments stay on their wall...
do you think companies would like that? paying for facebook to advertise their shit and give an option so people could show their unhappiness towards a company?

A dislike button would be a pretty good way to earn hate and ruin friendships all over tbh. Imagine you take a picture with your gorgeous girlfriend with a nice body and post it on facebook, all those single guys in your friends list will think you're making fun of them and would dislike the picture. Your girlfriend would then be depressed about all the dislikes and break up with you, in the end you would end all alone and miserable just because of simple button. ='(

Google pretty much wiped out the dislike feature on YouTube comments so regardless of giving X user a thumbs down. So who cares, just ignore it if you don't like it.
