Ironhax and Tubehax have been released. Link: http://smealum.github.io/3ds/
Video demonstration:
-The 3DS YouTube application is another entry point for the homebrew. Make sure to download it ASAP, even if you already have IronFall installed.
Smealum has announced Ironhax, a major update for Ninjhax with new features such as booting into the Homebrew Launcher without having to use Cubic Ninja every time. While exact details of the update are sketchy to say the least, we do know that it relies on the free eShop title IronFall Invasion in order to work.

Here's a summary of what we know so far:
IMPORTANT: IronFall Invasion has been removed from the US and EU eShops. The YouTube app is supposedly another option. Download that if you missed your chance to download IronFall.
- It supports all 3DS hardware models (2DS, O3DS, O3DS XL, N3DS, N3DS XL) in the US and EU regions, JP region consoles are not supported*
- It supports the latest 3DS System Menu (version 9.9.0-26) and all firmwares since 9.3
- It's an update that allows the Homebrew Launcher to be used without having to boot into Cubic Ninja every time
- As a matter of fact, neither Cubic Ninja nor Ocarina of Time are needed to boot into the Homebrew Launcher this time (not even for the initial installation)
- It relies on the free eShop title IronFall Invasion
- YouTube is another entry point, Smealum said to download it, even if you already have IronFall Invasion
- Smealum posted that it's preferable to have both IronFall and YouTube (although not compulsory), hinting that there may be more features possible if both are installed although quite what it is capable of has not been revealed
- It doesn't matter if you install IronFall's 1.1 update or not
- It has a "survival mode" that allows the exploit to be updated in case of the sysNAND being updated, allowing for support on future firmwares
- Smealum said that more progress updates will follow later (i.e. There's no point in constantly pressing F5 as updates won't be on an hourly basis)
- Release has been delayed for an indefinite period of time
*Unfortunately, IronFall Invasion is not available in the Japanese eShop, therefore JP region consoles are not supported. Smealum says that this shouldn't have been a problem since JP had exclusive eShop access to Cubic Ninja.

Smealum posted on Twitter "wouldn't it be cool if you only needed cubic ninja the first time you install ninjhax ? if you think so, stay tuned ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)", maybe hinting that an update is in the works for the Homebrew Launcher. It would be pretty cool if we could install the launcher onto the Home Menu, hopefully this could be possible in the future. Thoughts?
