Great tutorial, but what about cdn_firm.py to create "firmware.bin" and msetdg.py to download your region MSET 4.X downgrade bin "msetdg.bin"?
are those a thing of the past with the updated release? or still needed. Same for "slot0x25KeyX.bin" still needed or not?
I ask, cause it's nowhere mentioned in your documentation or quick start guide.

I'm testing it, and I will post when I can.
Then I'll get to finish the Custom Theme of Skullgirls

I have another solution for you if you want, download the 9.8 update as .cia with 3DNUS 1.9 like this :

Copy the update folder to your SDcard, launch rxTools in emunand and install all cias in the folder with devMenu or BigBluMenu by pressing L+R+A and reboot !

Looks great. But it's Windows 8 Metro...You have to have a pretty masochist kind of personality to actually enjoy using that theme.

Maybe also say something about multiple themes, how to switch between themes
You already mentioned additional themes can be installed to rxTools\theme\n (where n is a number from 0 to 9) and 0 is the default theme used (i suppose)
So, i suppose 10 themes is the max you can install, but how do i switch between themes? (never tried and looked for it how to )
Like for example: Can i do it on my 3DS in rxTools menu? or do i have to do it on my computer (moving the theme i want to use to folder 0 always?)
