Hacking updating emunand

hello guys, i seems to understand that recently supports for 9.8 emunand was added for new 3DS on the latest (3.2.2) loader

so i was wondering if someone could confirm if this is true and if it is, he could guide me upon doing this correctly without fucking up

EDIT: i forgot to add but my nand are still linked, is that going to be a problem?

9.8 support is old 3ds only I believe.

New 3DS only supports Emunand up to 9.5.22

oh really? someone told me that the new 3.2.2 loader was supposed to support 9.8 on new 3ds, then what does 3.2.2 does?
