Looks like you don't have MinGW installed or it's not in your system PATH.

The latest updates in Github are looking great (especially the UI!); compiled and it works well on my 3DS. But is the mset entry-point going to continue to be supported? At present the latest code won't boot from mset, only the spider exploit.

I have Python, Armips in msys/bin, VB 2013, MGWin32-Base, everything is in PATHS one way or another but it's STILL throwing me errors. I get the same error on noarmips branch.

can you try to delete the whole rxtools source and download it again ? could help

I've tried that and downloading a completely different branch (noarmips) to no avail.

Do I need anything else in %path%?
