Hacking rxtools for 9.8?

I want to use rxtools, but in the safest way possible, to prevent a brick. Is it availible for 9.8.0-25U on a 2ds?

And if I do manage to get it, can I go online with the downloaded games I can put on there?

spiderhax - 9.5.0.22
region three 9.5.0.22
ninjhax - 9.2
region four (and ninjhx 2.0) - 9.8
cfw/GW firmlaunchhax 9.2 (this technically works up to 9.4, but a supporting vuln was fixed on 9.3 - essentially blocking it)
cfw/GW verifyRSA 4.5

My mistake I should have said not CFW works beyond 9.2

Wait until July 11th, Smea's gonna release Ninjhax 2.0 around that time (it's his birthday, too).
Also, someone else here is making ReiNand which boots only from Ninjhax anyway, so you'll have CFW by next saturday very possibly. ' v ' I'm patiently waiting too, i feel like an idiot for updating my JP New3DS back in January when I first got it thinking nothing would come out for it, but FINALLY ninjhax is gonna be out soon.

only region four will work for you right now
anyway, you can wait since GW team says it's working on something for 9.8 and maybe in a near future rxTools will use that WIP exploit
