Hacking Flashcards in Trinidad?

So basically I live in Trinidad and so far I haven't seen any flashcards for the 3DS anywhere....can someone who lives in the country or has great knowledge help? I'm not really up for buying it online.

Your only option is a sky3ds using regionfour

You'll probably have to order it online and have it shipped to you. Sky3DS quite literally is your only option, as Gateway does not work on 9.3+ sysNANDs.

Nothing Cubic Ninja related works on 9.8 either (yet), smea is adding limited 9.8 support but it won't work with CFW and other things like that which need higher access.
