you don't have a store front? I would love to buy it if from your shop rather then some random one, you have been a lot of help. This new Nintendo 3DS in the America situation is very heart breaking to mii.....thank you for your kindness and help!

No I don't have a store front, I basically operate out of my garage as a hobby. I'll only make a few bucks finding the unit you want and it makes no difference for me. It be easier for you to find a unit you want and then I can do the swap

I want to be able to play all of my USA hard copy 3DS games on the system with out the need of any mods after you are done with it.

As long as they don't require 9.3+ it won't be a problem. If they do you'll need a cfw

So what about save files? Can they transfer over to different regions? Or a different new 3DS period?

Yeah you can transfer save files to different regions and different game carts as long as the cart doesn't have write back protection
