Hacking Installed .Cia files disappearing?

Half of my installed .cia files have disappeared, I've tried loading up sysnand and emunand. They are completely gone. Do I need to unlink sysnand from emunand? How do I go about fixing this issue.

Btw, these .cia files seem to have gotten deleted completely.

how many .cia files are installed on the 3ds. it can only hold about 333ish files then it starts removing the icons from your home menu but doesnt delete the game. New 3ds or old one

Only 4-5. I think the problem is that I opened up data management. It seems to have wiped all the files that I had installed on emunand. I took out the SD card and formatted the sysnand. Is that the correct way to unlink emunand and sysnand?

The fastest method is to format sysnand and yes, you will be able to boot your old emunand

Use RXtools to inject FBI CIA manager onto sysnand
