Hacking Transfer NNID from O3DS to N3DS

I have a 4.5 3DS XL, I want to transfer my NNID to my 9.0 N3DS XL. On the O3DS, it says I have to do a System Transfer, no problem.. However it tells me I need to enter eShop before I can do that, and to enter eShop I need to update my 3DS, not happening.

I have Cubic Ninja and can use Ninjhax. How do I get around this problem and transfer my NNID?

Call Nintendo and tell them you bought a new 3DS and want to transfer your NNID if they ask what happened to the Old 3DS just tell them you sold it after formatting it completely. The process should take no more than 24 hours.

Wait, which 3DS do you need to access the eshop with? If it's the old 3ds, you don't need to update

Just google Nintendo support and call the first number you see the automated menu asks if your calling about a NNID transfer I'm on not on a computer ATM so I cant exactly just paste the number I called.

I use it regularly and it works fine for me. Apparently it allow works for N3DS if that asks you to login as well

She's not trying to get onto the eShop doing this for a system transfer would update the system. Just call Nintendo the process is simple they will want to know the last 4 digits of your credit card what titles you've downloaded and when you sold the Older 3DS (lie).

Getting into eshop updates the system? Not sure what system transfer steps are, but the link I posted works fine for getting to eshop without updating.

Something goes wrong in Australia

They told me yesterday that:

Certain content is not able to be transferred - including (but not limited to) the following:
-Add-On Content
-In-Game purchases
-Save game data
-Any Nintendo eShop funds balance that may be on the Source console
-Titles removed / no longer available from Nintendo eShop
Please also note: This is a one-off process. Any future requests for any associated console/s and / or NNIDs will be denied.

Please allow up to five business days for the transfer to be processed. We will notify you either over the phone or via email once it has been completed.

Be careful to do NNID transferring not by yourself. This is One-off process only.
