Currently there's an exploit for folks who are not part of the Xbox One preview program to gain the 360 backwards compatibility. Details in the link, but basically you need a friend who's a part of it, and I have none!

I am in the preview program. I got invited just in time to find out Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts is in fact not part of the finalized preview program list of games that work :/
but at least Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, and Perfect Dark are on the list. I guess I will have to wait for Rare Replay to play Nuts and Bolts (again).

Does anybody tested the streaming feature over win10 insider preview?
I tried but it was awful over my wifi (guess there is 3 wall in between) but I also tried with wired cable connected from laptop to xbox (under brigde connection, so laptop shares wifi but that should not matter since xbox and pc directly linked) and I have very little latence ( about 0.5 second lag).
Tried all 3 streaming quality(low, medium and high) but the lag are the exatly the same). I will try to use a spare router as a switch/hub to see if any difference.

Screen on laptop says 9Mbps average and my max is 10Mpbs.
