Edit: apparently they changed the bans to 30 days. I need to read up on the thread more when I feel like it.

Oh crikey. Guess it's not as bad as a perm ban, but still not good.

Yeah, there's like no doubt that the bans are caused by public headers. Literally everyone on that thread (aside from I think 1 who had a different error code) were using public headers. Nobody who used private headers or cias EXCLUSIVELY were banned. Using public headers IS what causes bans. The only way we can get more proof of that would be if Nintendo straight up told us.
