I live in a deathtrap of an apartment and it can get really hot here like 40-45c in the summer which is fine when I'm home since I can just use air conditioning but I want to remote play from my PS5 when I am away on vacation but I can't afford to keep the room cold then so is it safe to use my PS5 Slim then in 40-45c weather?

45C is quite hot. So you might encounter overheating.
Damn, knew this was likely but thought I'd ask jic.

Any PS5 only cooling solutions? 2200W (what air conditioning would consume) every hour of every day day for weeks is way too much money to throw down the drain...

PS5 operation temperature is 5C to 35C, ideally you want to keep it under 35C.

They sell these fan add-ons for the PS5 that forcefully push a way more air through the PS5.
That should keep it cool enough to avoid any damage if your room is big enough.
Don't try putting it in a closet or a very small space though.

If it's an USB cooling attachment, I recommend supplying power through a wall plug. Your console already runs warmer and allocating power to an attached USB device only increases your consoles heat production.

EDIT : When all else fails, swamp cooler!

Well the cooling fans is actually useless since the intake is on the top of the PS5 if you put a cooling fan on the back you are just blocking outflow, counter productive.
