I had that too, took a long time, and then it was loading up the Home-Menu, took long too, because all those features added from 4.5 to 9.8.

Well, i should have copied my old 9.2 Emunand then x), was lazy to copy it, then i have to wait very long to have second boot ^^.

i transfered an old 9.4 emunand i had, tested it in gateway, works, booting with RXtools with signpatch, black screen...

EDIT: nevermind, think my slot0x25 was BAD, i dont know why... i used a old one i made for my games and now its working

when i try to download from the eshop it reaches 99% then gives me an error...why is that

That's because of the save encryption.
You must install them from cia files.
It has done the same thing with Code Name : S.T.E.A.M for me

You can't download on eShop with this because of the game encryption (if you're in 4.5), however, you can freely install them in the cia format.

i have a Us console, so when i install it through DevMenu it dont show up on Home Menu

This is normal, this game is not region free.
Download the cia (even not legit) of your region and then try again.
But when installed on DevMenu, even if it don't show up on the menu, you can launch it with devmenu if i remember well.

And if you install a non legit cia, it will install a false ticket in your sysnand/emunand (depending on where you installed it) and will prevent you from downloading the game/update (even if you want to buy it).

The only way to solve this is to restore the nand/emunand backup you made before installing the cia.

With this CFW you can install games into emunand even not legit, do you want a picture proof for this?
