I installed rxtools instead of palantine now

palantine was compatible with the mset installed with the gateway launcher. Rxtools don't

But can you still launch palantine with the ds profile? if yes, you can install the whole 4.5.0-10E update like piratesephiroth suggered.

This version of rxtool can be installed over the gateway emunand and launch devmenu etc...
As long as you've used PBT-CFW to install devmenu

I don't understand what you want.
To install this RxTool you need :
-Format emunand with gateway
-Install DevMenu with PBT
-Install Rxtool
-Profit

So rxtool clearly work with the gateway emunand...

You need to install devmenu first. If you create your emunand first then devmenu won't be installed on it. (but you can still transfer the ticket.db)

Hmmm, when I installed the StreetPass games, they didn't show up in Mii Plaza, and yes, I did it all in the rxTools emuNAND.
What is going wrong?

I've formated my emunand, then installed PBT-CFW, launch DevMenu, install Rxtool, launch devmenu on rxtool, and install cias after updating my emunand.

Yes, I did. I also started it up multiple times, installed the games again, and still they don't show up...

At the first launch after updating there is a black screen for a bit, just wait.

Edit : I will try an edited game that is region free to try if it works or not

I had that too, took a long time, and then it was loading up the Home-Menu, took long too, because all those features added from 4.5 to 9.8.
