The IR port of the 3DS uses a custom protocoll and bit-banging is too slow. The permissions you get depend on how you launch them.

Aww I was going to use mario kart 8 3D! I guess I'll just do super Mario 3D World for Nintendo 3DS. Maybe Wii Mode for niniendo 3DS, note the Niniendo

You can use MK8 3D too, you live in the US, so no one there will het my Dutch Mii KEK.

Not right now, but at the next big event (with a lot of nintendo attention) someone should spoof a mii like miamoto with gold pants etc. and then spoof the game. That way people will believe it even more!
