what do you mean by can't acess it because wrong region?

is the menu on janapese and you can't understand? i have a translated japanese manual which you can use to guide...

heres the translated manual.

you only need the mac adress for wilbrand\letterbomb.

maybe you can use other game hax? like batman\smash brothers or others?

if you can't access settings.. you can't also use homebrew to display that information..

2 ways you can get it without reaching settings or homebrew:

1: you open the console with a screwdriver and look for stickers inside that contain the mac address (not sure if wii got that stickers, usually latptops have..)

2: you connect the wii to the internet and with a computer you use a wireless hacking tool (like kali linux, or other wireless sniffer) to scan for wireless devices...

Log into your router and in the status (maybe in a sub-menu of "wireless") you will see the MACs of connected devices. If you can't tell which one it is then check it while the Wii is off and then while it is on to rule out the rest.

ho yeah, i forgot a person can just check on the router xD but it requires he had setup the wifi.., if he didn't setup wifi and can't access the router, he have to aircheck...

anywho, op did "hit and run" (made the question and didnt come back) i wanted to know if he found a solution or something..

@SylverReZ, I dislike the kind of drm where you have to play single player games online all the time bc of some verification bs

@Xdqwerty, Don't use games that have Easy Anti-Cheat as its been exploited many times.

@SylverReZ, my PC can't run most AAA games so i wont

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

@SylverReZ, i think they have been doing that since late 2000s

Either that or their old games were unfinished aswell but we can't notice it

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Psionic Roshambo, I have a rom of the ds version of impossible mission
