ROM Hack Animal Crossing: New Leaf Save Editor

I don't know if it's known right here, but I got this working with a digital copy and RX-Mode.

1. Install Emunand
2. Start Emunand and Update it with the Rom Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit to 9.2
3. Install the legit and perfect .cia of ACNL to your Emunand.
4. Restart 3ds and open RX-Tools.
5. Start RX-Mode
6. Start the Valid ACNL .cia
7. Go to Browser and open the ACNL-Editor Exploit.

The Screen will become green for a few seconds. After it, it will return to home menu. So you don't need any retail game to make this work.

It works

But I lost my save (I have all the savedatafiler Backups (extdata, secure data and the save) but I cant restore it (corrupted).

I also have a acnldump and mori.bin. But with these two I dont have furniture in my house

So ist there anyway of retrieving my furniture (with sdf or the ram dumps?)

I have so many savegame issues this week

I replaced some villagers with others and added pink roses in various spots.

Hi. I had a similar error where my game stopped working after I tried to inject the new data.
I fixed it by loading up my game again, going into the Train Station and injecting the data from the Train Station. When I came out Isabelle said that it was a new day and everything was working fine. Hope this works for you as well!

Anyone have an acnlram.bin file they're willing to share? I can't use the exploit because of the update, but I'd still like to try and play around with the editor.

I built a snow woman and when I dumped my acnlram.bin and opened it with the editor.
It's a snow woman.
The id it has in the editor is: 0x00007ff8
If I find more stuff, I'll let you know.

okay, so I talked about this on the other thread, but is anyone else having issues where the game just won't save? like, everything works great! the most rule breaking thing I did was a checkerboard pattern of ceders, and i could go there just fine.

It just doesn't want to save.

I had the problem once. I tried to save and it just went on endlessly. Eventually I was forced to just shut off my system. Then I went inside of the Train Station and injected the very same changes from there, this time everything went smoothly. I don't know why, but I find that injecting from the Train Station fixes most of my problems. Maybe this will help you as well?

I had a similar problem when tying to save with Cey's ram file, the game would just freeze while saving and corrupts the save

I've tried, and I haven't made massive changes to my file, which I've added here. Maybe I need to move the cedars out. which bites, but it might fix the issue since legally, they can't be there.

The file you attached worked for me. I was able to use it without any errors so you didn't mess up with the file. How exactly are you trying to inject it though? The file that you linked is a mori.bin file which means that the "bit.ly/acnl_inject" link won't work on it.

Here is how I got it to work:
- I went inside of the Train Station
- I hit the home button to minimize the game
- I hit the L + R buttons
- Selected the QR Option and ran this QR:

- Right now I'm in your town as you

Try to switch the wifi button to off and retry to save, sometimes I have the same problem and it works.

Okay. Not to worry. I had already restored my town, but I tried injecting your town once more. And this is what happened:

- I restored my own town. Save and quit.
- I noticed that you had responded saying my advice hadn't solved your issue.
- I used the QR to bring your town up again following the steps I mentioned
- Isabelle did the whole "it's a brand new day"
- The "it's a brand new day" cutscene actually saves the game
- I quit the game without saving (since Isabelle had already saved it)
- I opened up the game again and Isabelle told me that I hadn't saved the game
- But when I opened up I was in your town, not mine
- I was able to save the game just fine after this

if not the Wi-Fi thing might also fix your issue

That worked!! I had made one that let me save but next time I have this issue I'll try that, thanks!!

Someone kindly shared a backup of their town with me. I'm trying to move around the buildings but it I'm not sure where the coordinates are. The map on Marc's editor doesn't show the coordinates when you cover over the grid.

It's rough but it'll work to give you an idea of where things are.
